About Me:
From a NICU nurse to a yoga instructor  

Welcome!

I’m Mariella, a dedicated pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher committed to supporting you through one of life’s most transformative journeys. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where expectant and new mothers can connect with their bodies, their babies, and a deep sense of calm and empowerment.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I spent 10 years as a NICU nurse within the NHS, working both at the bedside and as a matron. This invaluable experience gave me a profound understanding of the unique needs of mothers and their little ones during this critical time.

In 2019, I followed my passion for holistic wellness and trained in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, where I became a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. Since then, I have specialized in:

  • Pregnancy Yoga

  • Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates

  • Mum & Baby Yoga

To further support new mothers, I have also completed a Postnatal Transition Coach certification, equipping me to guide women through the physical, emotional, and mental changes after birth.
