Group classes are available to prepare your body for labour and birth, and to support your postnatal transition period to heal your core.

Yoga for better sleep

Join Mariella for a relaxing  Pregnancy Yoga Workshop aimed to improve your sleep and embark on a transformative journey to peaceful nights during your pregnancy. 

Discover gentle yoga poses, calming breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices to release tension, cultivate serenity, and prepare for restorative sleep. 

 

Postnatal Transition

Join us for an insightful and supportive workshop designed for new mothers navigating the transformative postnatal period. Discover the physical and emotional changes your body undergoes after childbirth, and learn gentle, effective exercises to support core healing and overall well-being.

Private workshops for couples

Yoga for giving birth:

Prepare to give birth through yoga. 

Awaken and prepare your body for birth. A unique and fun class for you and your partner.

You will learn about the stages of labour, how yoga can be used during each stage and to alleviate pain. 

This is a fun class for you and your partner, it's not just about yoga, but a way for you two to approach the labour in the most relaxed (and prepared ah!) way.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Location: client’s place; virtual also available

Breastfeeding course:

Learn the basics of breastfeeding before giving birth

A class designed for you to learn the basics of breastfeeding and practical tips on how yoga and relaxation techniques can help you with breastfeeding. 

Duration: 1 hrs
